The program is offering up to $5 million to individuals who provide information that leads to the arrest, transfer, or conviction of designated foreign nationals accused of crimes against humanity, genocide, or war crimes.
“We call upon Vietnam to respect the rights of individuals to exercise freedoms of expression, association, and religion or belief,” said State Department Spokesperson Miller.
“By establishing 2026 as the International Year of the Woman Farmer,” said Ambassador Thomas-Greenfield, “the international community has chosen to call attention to the challenges women in agriculture continue to face.”

China is "helping Russia deal with the mass oppression that’s been exerted through sanctions, through export controls, and other measures," said Secretary Blinken.

"On Ukraine, we were able to bring so many countries together, not just in Europe but beyond," said Secretary Blinken.
"The U.S. and China have set up a joint Counternarcotics Working Group to collaborate on policy making and on law enforcement, and to share technical expertise," said Secretary Blinken.
